Ranbir Singh Pora is a town and nagar panchayat, near the city of Jammu in the Jammu district of the Indian Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It was the first planned city of Jammu and Kashmir, which is why it is also known as Nawa Shehar. RS Pura is also one of the major producers of World's Famous Basmati Rice.
